Well House B and B

Next door to a working farm, our lovely, wisteria-clad, oak-beamed, stone farm-house B and B, dates from 1714. We're five miles south of Clun, famous for the Clun Green Man and the Clun Beer festivals, and four miles from the Welsh border town of Knighton. Ludlow, well known for its Food Festival, is only fifteen miles away. Leintwardine, an ancient Roman military base where the rivers Clun and Teme join, is only a few miles away just inside Herefordshire, as are Lingen and Aymestrey. If you’re walking through Knighton along the Offa’s Dyke path we can arrange for you to be collected at the end of the day and returned the next morning.

Located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty these self-catering holiday homes are in the grounds of the owners large detached home close to the centre of the small market town of Bishop’s Castle and the historic Three Tuns Brewery and public house. The properties sleep from two to five people.

One bedroomed bungalow in a rural location overlooking open countryside. one mile from bishops castle where there is a good range of shops and places to eat. There is a secure south facing garden where there is a well stocked bird table which attracts a wide range of birds. I live in the ajoining cottage and own the fields in front of the property, dogs are given a warm wecome. There is parking in the drive
