The accommodation forms part of Fencefoot Farm, a Victorian farmhouse at the foot of the Fairlie Moors. It is 4 miles from Largs and close to Largs Marina. Great for walking, cycling and sailing and there are several nearby golf courses Within easy reach are the islands of Arran, Bute and Cumbrae, so there's plenty of potential for exploring!

All bedrooms have a ceiling fan so you can cool the room to your satisfaction in the summer and a convector heater so you can choose how warm you are in the winter. All rooms have a generous courtesy tray with tea and coffee making facilities (fresh milk always available), a colour TV, radio alarm clock and hairdryers(hair towels are also available). An iron and ironing board are also available for guests use. The Guest House is completely non-smoking so smokers step outside the front when necessary.
