Poachers Pocket is a spacious yet cosy self-contained apartment formed from the middle and upper floors of the north wing of the historic 400 year old Cyffdy House. Formerly the servants' quarters and grain store and has its own private access and easily accessible to guests with limited mobility. Palé Hall - Luxury Hotel

Palé Hall is a privately owned luxurious Victorian Country House Hotel near Bala in North Wales, set amongst 16 acres of gardens on the edge of Snowdonia National Park. The hotel is open to non-residents for breakfast, morning coffee, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner.

Beudy Brics is a detached converted cow-barn built of slate, stone and brick. Situated at the highest point of Cyffdy with stunning views across the paddock to Bala Lake in the distance, this delightful cottage is a great favourite with romantics as it is extremely secluded and very peaceful. Stable Nook

Stable Nook is a beatifully converted 400 year old stone and slate detached cottage in a breathtaking location with panoramic views across the Llafar Valley to the Aran and Arenig mountains beyond. Surrounded by rolling hills and fields, and peacefully set in 6 acres, the cottage is approached from a very quiet lane just 2 miles from Bala Lake. A genuine stable conversion of superior quality with lawned gardens to the front and side, and private timber decked south-facing patio.  

Shippon Roost

Shippon Roost is a detached stone and slate Snowdonian long house. Hallway with 3 bedrooms and tiled bathroom with bathtub, shower, WC and hand basin. From the hall, 4 steps up to an airy sitting room with gas converted villager stove on a slate hearth. Small balcony with french doors overlooking the courtyard and valley. Rear views are to the Arenig mountain. From the hall, 5 steps down to newly refurbishe country dining kithcen with front and back stable doors to gardens. Bedrooms are 1 double with 1/2 tester bed, 1 twin and 1 full-width bunk bedded room. 

Gwyndy

Gwyndy was formerly the servants wing of this historic country house in the village of Llanuwchllyn at "the other end" of Bala Lake. This stunning house is arranged on 3 floors with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Gwyndy offers stylish, luxury accommodation, which is awaiting grading and fully expected to be awarded 5 Stars from Visit Wales. Ideally suited for 2 large families or several couples. 3 of the 5 bedrooms are ensuite, while 2 twin bedrooms share the 4th bathroom. Ideally the house sleeps 10 guests plus a baby in a cot, though for a supplement, it is possible for an extra 2 gueata to stay on alternative beds. Downstairs is a brand new country kitchen with breakfast bar and all the quality appliances one would expect from such a high spec property. The boot room off the kitchen houses a butlers sink, a hanging area for laundry, wetsuits and coats and safe secure storage for bikes. There is a washer/dryer, a steam iron and an ironing board. The dining room has a large table for long leisurely meals and a woodburning stove for chilly winter evenings. The downstairs sitting room has lots of comfy leather seating, a TV, DVD and stunning views in all directions. The first floor has a single bedroom with ensuite shower room and a double bedroom with ensuite shower room. The top floor has a spectacular master bedroom with breathtaking panoramic views across open countryside. The master bedroom has a double bed and a single bed and an ensuite bathroom. There are 2 further twin bedded rooms which share a bathroom with bath tub and shower. The garden is a truly delightful setting in rolling countryside on the edge of the village. There is a barbecue, garden furniture and an enclosed patio area to the rear of the house.  

Ty Sinamon

Ty Sinamon is a superb really generously proportioned Victorian country home for several families or a larger group to share in real comfort. Whether a group of stags or hens, a walking group, a common interest church or ramblers group os simply a couple of families wanting to spend quality time together, this is truly a wonderful venue. 

Glynrhedyn

Several steps from riverside parking area lead to front door entrance. Spacious airy entrance hall. Cosy, intimate period sitting room with open fire and a wealth of bookcases. TV and video. Large and spacious dining room and integral kitchen. Dining table for 8, Many windows with window seats taking advantage of the stunning panoramic views in all directions. 2 pairs of French doors leading to timber decked balcony and stone terrace with steps down to riverside path, the other directly into the large furnished conservatory. From here an entrance door leads out to the terrace. A cloakroom with WC and wash hand basin are integrated into the Utility room off the hallway. The utility room has additional fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Staircase to first floor with galleried landing. Very spacious master bedroom with king-sized bed. Mountain views from the 3 windows in this room. Double bedroom, twin bedded room, single bedroom. Guest bed available for 1 extra guest. Bathroom with step-in tiled shower, cast bath tub, WC and wash hand basin. Travel cot, safety gate, highchair available. (Toddlers Beware – steep steps and river side location)
