The Granary

The Granary is a delightful stone cottage with its own large garden area set in a courtyard in a rural location 3 miles south of the small town of Duns which has shops, tearooms and hotels. The town of Berwick-upon-Tweed with its Elizabethan walls is some 13 miles away as is the fast A1 with its easy access to Edinburgh to the north and Newcastle-upon-Tyne to the south.

Meadowview Cottage is a semi detached former farm cottage built in the early 19th century from local golden sandstone and enjoys a tranquil rural location enjoying superb views across open farmland towards the Lammermuir hills. The lounge boasts a cosy open fire ensuring a warm welcome awaits guests regardless of the season and the cottage has a lovely homely ambience throughout.
