Rock Cottage is a very popular 16th century detached and privately owned property standing alone on the unspoilt Mawgan Creek of the wooded Helford River. It has a large terraced and secluded garden. This leads to our Jetty and Foreshore where guests will find our Rowing Dinghy ready and waiting for them to enjoy the creeks. The scenery always has something to catch the eye whether its the flashing turquoise of the kingfishers, small boats and canoes, or the many varieties of water bird including the resident egrets, ducks and swans. It is ever-changing and as the tide ebbs it paints another picture. With a fabulous panoramic view of the river and its surroundings, with no neighbours or owners to spoil your privacy, this unique cottage has all the ingredients for a perfect holiday.

Anhay Farmhouse accommodates up to 6 people just 4 miles from the scenic Helford River, the quiet fishing coves of Coverack and Cadgwith, and the lovely sandy beach which is Kennack Sands with The Lizard, Kynance Cove and Poldhu Cove all less than 10 miles.  

Converted Barns close to Falmouth/Helford

Converted Barns (sleep 10/5 bedrooms). Large gardens in country location just outside Falmouth. Close to Mawnan Smith village with pub, restaurant, gardens. Beautiful Helford river with unspoilt beaches is also near. 4 miles to golf course. Suitable for families/young children. 

Amy Cottage

Amy cottage is a one bedroom single storey conversion within an old stone built barn. On one side it looks out over miles of open countryside and to the East it overlooks Falmouth bay with far reaching beautiful views that take in the South Cornish coast. It is one of 4 small cottages within Menifters Holiday Cottages and the whole is situated within 2 acres with a further paddock of 3 acres. The nearest shops are in St Keverne 2 miles away. There is no public transport and you will need a car.  

Dairy Cottage

Dairy cottage is one of four holiday cottages at Menifters Holiday Cottages. The cottages have been converted from a 200 year old stone barn and Dairy Cottage has one bedroom and suitable for 2 people. Menifters is set in a very beautiful part of South Cornwall. It is far from the hustle and bustle of busy tourist areas and offers tranquility even at the busiest time. It is however only a mile and a quarter to the sea at Porthallow Cove. The changeover day for Dairy Cottage is Friday. 

The Cartlodge

The Cartlodge sleeps 4 people and has one double bedroom and twin bedroom. The cottage is one of four cottages at Menifters. The cottage looks out over unspoilt farmland with breath taking views towards the sea in Falmouth Bay and along the Southern coast of Cornwall.  

Cobble Cottage - Dent, Yorkshire Dales

Cobble Cottage is located in the beautiful village of Dent, in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. Dentdale is regarded as one of the most beautiful dales in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. Dent's tea-rooms and pubs offer quite a choice for eating out, or you can just enjoy a quiet cup of tea, or one of the Dent brewed beers. There are several shops in Dent plus a bus service to and from Sedbergh, Oxenholme station and Kendal. We allow one well-behaved dog. No smoking is allowed in the cottage.
