Walkers, cyclists (just off national cycle route 32), and families are all sure to appreciate a little time out, where birdsong is often the loudest noise. Each TWO BEDROOM BARN has comfortable leather sofas, flatscreen TV and freeview & DVD player. Dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and microwave and their own parking spot. TWO STORY HAYLOFT will sleep up to 5. Our country hideaway is conveniently situated for north coast beaches (5 miles), Trerice manor house (National Trust 1 mile), Lappa Valley railway (0. 7 mile), and Dairyland (2 mile). Newquay, Truro and Perranporth are all close by, though nothing in too far away and St Ives 33 miles and the Eden project 17 miles. There is a lockable shed for storing surf boards and cycles, swings and outdoor games. ALL THREE BARNS CAN BE BOOKED TOGETHER TO SLEEP 13.

Swallow Barn provides a high-standard of self-catering holiday accommodation for 4 - 6 people in a peaceful, rural setting near Holt, ideally situated for bird-watching on Cley marshes, Pensthorpe and the Broads, as well as Blickling and Felbrigg Hall, both National Trust properties, and the royal Sandringham estate.
