Our 4-star awarded Guest House offers high standards and spacious accommodation with all our rooms having a seating area, colour TV, clock radio, hair dryer, full hospitality tray with lots of goodies and free WIFI. We offer en-suite and non en-suite rooms and pride ourselves on the level of comfort for our guests. Buenos Aires Guest House is situated in a quiet residential street, just 1 minute walk from the seafront and the De La Warr Pavilion. The town centre is just around the corner from us where you will find a large variety of shops, cafes and restaurants also the train station is also only a five minute walk to us. In the morning you can help yourself to our breakfast buffet with yogurt, cereals, muesli and fruit and then we serve a lovely freshly cooked breakfast using free range farm eggs and local produce where ever possible. Evening meals can also be served upon request as we thrive and enjoy making your stay with us as comfortable and pleasant as possible for both business and holiday makers who will leave as friends wanting to return again.
