Brendon House

Sandwell Farmhouse

Sandwell Farmhouse is a family friendly B&B offering two large ensuite double rooms. One in the Toll House end of the house and one in the middle which has a double and a single bed with a bath, offering family accommodation. The views are beautiful and we provide a lovely breakfast in our large conservatory overlooking the garden and patio. There is ample, safe parking and wifi throughout. Situated just outside Totnes on the road to Avonwick we are very handy for beaches, the moors and the A38.  

Heath Gardens

Heath Gardens is a 17th century artisan’s thatched cottage situated on the outskirts of the village of Broadclyst, 5 miles from the cathedral city of Exeter. Part of the Killerton estate, Broadclyst is an ideal location for exploring Mid. and East Devon. The National Trust’s Killerton House and Knightshayes are 5 minutes and 30 minutes drive respectively. Dartmoor and the Jurassic Coast (World Heritage Site) are about 30 minutes drive and Exeter International Airport is also within easy reach.  

Tracey Mill & Trout Farm, Honiton

One of the few remaining working water mills in Devon, thought to date from the early 17th century, now also providing luxury acommodation with a choice of ensuite bedrooms in either the Millers House or the attached Mill.

Glebe End

100 years ago, the spot where Glebe End now stands, was once a animal store/workshop/barn. It is believed to have burned down in the 1930s. Now it has been sympthetically rebuilt and was completed at the end of 2007. With two comfortable Double Bedrooms both ensuite, this would be ideal for two couples. Well behaved dogs by prior arrangement.
