Sandwell Farmhouse is a family friendly B&B offering two large ensuite double rooms. One in the Toll House end of the house and one in the middle which has a double and a single bed with a bath, offering family accommodation. The views are beautiful and we provide a lovely breakfast in our large conservatory overlooking the garden and patio. There is ample, safe parking and wifi throughout. Situated just outside Totnes on the road to Avonwick we are very handy for beaches, the moors and the A38.

100 years ago, the spot where Glebe End now stands, was once a animal store/workshop/barn. It is believed to have burned down in the 1930s. Now it has been sympthetically rebuilt and was completed at the end of 2007. With two comfortable Double Bedrooms both ensuite, this would be ideal for two couples. Well behaved dogs by prior arrangement.

Our hearty breakfast is served in the informal dining room at your own table and you can relax in the guests lounge where you can watch your favourite TV programme or read a book (we always have a selection available) while enjoying complimentary tea or coffee. We keep a selectin of games such as cards, chess or scrabble to make a fun evening in if that is your choice. All bedrooms have a ceiling fan so you can cool the room to your satisfaction in the summer and a convector heater so you can choose how warm you are in the winter. All rooms have a generous courtesy tray with tea and coffee making facilities (fresh milk always available), a colour TV, radio alarm clock and hairdryers(hair towels are also available). An iron and ironing board are also available for guests use. The Guest House is completely non-smoking so smokers step outside the front when necessary.
