The Old Stable

Originally stables and tack room, The Old Stable has been thoughtfully converted and now offers a comfortable holiday-home for families and friends. Situated on a working farm and at the end of a winding country lane, the property nestles at the side of the owners farmhouse. Guests are very welcome to walk from the property over the adjoining countryside where lambs can be seen frolicking during Spring. Watch out for the beautiful resident Peacocks, which you may be lucky to see roosting in the summer evenings. Private fishing is also available ½ mile away over the estuary wall.

This bijou apartment is set within the world famous colonnaded Georgian Pantiles, the historic centre of Royal Tunbridge Wells. Violet Cottage

An immaculate, newly refurbished self catering, 2 Bedroom, Kent Cottage, located within a short walk of the beautiful town of Cranbrook where where there are shops, a church, pubs, large supermarket. A mainline railway station is located in Staplehurst (5 miles) providing easy access to London or the coast. This is an ideal base for visiting local attractions such as nearby Sissinghurst Castle and gardens (2 miles), Leeds Castle (14 miles) as well as the many other gardens, castles and historic houses. Tunbridge Wells, Maidstone and Ashford are all within a 30 minutes drive and Dover is only 45 minutes drive for day trips to Europe.

Willow Lodge

Description Willow Lodge is a pretty cottage dating back to 1898, in a lovely rural position with four reception rooms. Ideal for larger parties of guests. The rooms are light and sunny and have been traditionally furnished to complement the beams and style of this period property. The cottage has four living areas giving all members of the party space to enjoy their holiday, from the comfortable and peaceful main sitting room with its banks of cream leather sofas and wooden parquet floor, to the cosy study where a TV is cleverly housed in a hidden cupboard, and open fireplace. A particular feature of the cottage is the 25ft Victorian Conservatory, large light and airy, with remote controlled lighting and fans along with velux window vents. There is dining for 12 as well as ample space for 3 pc Suite. The kitchen fully fitted with Dishwasher and Amercian Fridge Fridger, is extremely well equipped with every conceivable machine and would be ideal for catering for a large group. Upstairs the main bedroom is very spacious and can be used as a family room if required. The owner has tried to cater for everyone's needs and with this in mind the ground floor bedroom is equipped with an electric orthopaedic bed and ensuite shower room. Outside, besides the private decking area there are wonderful landscaped gardens to explore with stream, slide and picnic bench and over a wooden bridge the meadow beyond has a tennis court and koi/carp lake to enjoy. We would ask because of the stream and lake that all children are supervised at all times.
