Majestic Holiday Lets: Bungalow - Cliftonville, Margate: Sleeps 5, Dogs Welcome. Other properties: I have 5 properties in total, all furnished to a high standard, all are comfortable and homely. The flats have either 2 or 3 bedrooms and sleep 4 - 6 people. The bungalow has 2 bedrooms and sleeps up to 5 people. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and sleeps up to 9 people. 

Willow Lodge

Description Willow Lodge is a pretty cottage dating back to 1898, in a lovely rural position with four reception rooms. Ideal for larger parties of guests. The rooms are light and sunny and have been traditionally furnished to complement the beams and style of this period property. The cottage has four living areas giving all members of the party space to enjoy their holiday, from the comfortable and peaceful main sitting room with its banks of cream leather sofas and wooden parquet floor, to the cosy study where a TV is cleverly housed in a hidden cupboard, and open fireplace. A particular feature of the cottage is the 25ft Victorian Conservatory, large light and airy, with remote controlled lighting and fans along with velux window vents. There is dining for 12 as well as ample space for 3 pc Suite. The kitchen fully fitted with Dishwasher and Amercian Fridge Fridger, is extremely well equipped with every conceivable machine and would be ideal for catering for a large group. Upstairs the main bedroom is very spacious and can be used as a family room if required. The owner has tried to cater for everyone's needs and with this in mind the ground floor bedroom is equipped with an electric orthopaedic bed and ensuite shower room. Outside, besides the private decking area there are wonderful landscaped gardens to explore with stream, slide and picnic bench and over a wooden bridge the meadow beyond has a tennis court and koi/carp lake to enjoy. We would ask because of the stream and lake that all children are supervised at all times.

Tudeley, Tonbridge, Kent. Set in six acres of landscaped gardens and surrounded by stunning Kent countryside, this luxury apartment, which prior to 1980 was still used for storing and drying hops, forms part of a skillfully converted Oast House and retains much of its natural form.

In Georgian times this historic spa town was favoured by Royalty and gained a reputation as the place to see and be seen and many visitors still come to enjoy a break from “hum drum” life in this stylish retreat.  

Allhallows Leisure Park

The Park: This picturesque Park is perfect for those families who enjoy the great outdoors. There’s a 9-hole golf course, fishing lake, riding stables, two heated pools and plenty of activities and entertainment. Historic Rochester, Leeds Castle and Canterbury are tempting day trips Feel free to fill each day in just your own way. Every family is different of course, but a typical day might begin with a lazy lie in or a family Wake 'n' Shake session. It could be a morning in the Heated Pool Complexes or a crazy game of Adventure Golf. Lunch out at a great little pub or pop into our Cafe Bar & Grill with Terrace. Afternoon on the 9-hole Golf Course, off exploring Historic Rochester or enjoying a relaxing spot of fishing on our fishing lake. Early evening enjoy some horse riding, a sunset bike ride or a barbecue. Then head off to the ShowBar for a drink, live music and dancing. So, whether it's out and about or staying on the Park, you're sure to have a great holiday at Allhallows. 

The Highland Cottage

The Highland Cottage Description This well presented but compact self catering cottage has been cleverly arranged to make the most of its size! It has a lovely aspect across the beautiful landscaped gardens of the complex and would make an ideal base for a holiday. The owner has made the cottage cosy and warm and the patio doors allow the sun to stream into the cottage in the mornings. The bedrooms are in the eaves of the cottage so head room is restricted but the owner’s attention to detail with high quality linen throughout would make your stay a comfortable one. The cottage is set in lovely grounds, with a picnic area and lots of room for children to play. There is also a tennis court, a meadow with koi/carp lake and a stream. With its wonderful position on the edge of Romney Marsh the cottage is in easy reach of some of the most spectacular coast in Kent. We would ask because of the stream and lake that all children are supervised at all times.  

Pantiles Apartment

This bijou apartment is set within the world famous colonnaded Georgian Pantiles, the historic centre of Royal Tunbridge Wells. The apartment is on the second floor, to make the most of the view over the Colonnade delightfully shaded by lime trees and the ideal place to stroll along enjoying the cosmopolitan aura of open-air cafes and bars. 

The Old Stable

Originally stables and tack room, The Old Stable has been thoughtfully converted and now offers a comfortable holiday-home for families and friends. Situated on a working farm and at the end of a winding country lane, the property nestles at the side of the owners farmhouse. Guests are very welcome to walk from the property over the adjoining countryside where lambs can be seen frolicking during Spring. Watch out for the beautiful resident Peacocks, which you may be lucky to see roosting in the summer evenings. Private fishing is also available ½ mile away over the estuary wall.
