Approached from a private driveway the house is entered through a vestibule into the well appointed kitchen/dining room and utility/drying room. Lounge, with large sofas and log burning stove make Orchard House a cosy intimate home from home. Reading Room House is a detached contemporary modern home of the highest specification. Set on a country lane by a gate leading to the River Wye, the house is entered into an open plan kitchen and lounge dining area all set under a vaulted ceiling.Two large sofas, one of which is a sofa bed and a 5 metre window which opens onto a decked area.

The Pines Caravan Park

The Pines Caravan Park situated close to Rhayader and only 7 miles from Llandrindod Wells in Mid Wales offers a peaceful place to holiday amongst the beautiful Welsh mountains. Our caravans are all fully equipped for self catering, with a licensed restaurant within easy walking distance if you prefer to eat out. We offer mid week or weekend breaks as well as full weeks, with a modern purpose built wheelchair accessible caravan available for hire. Dogs on leads are welcome.  

Well House B and B

Next door to a working farm, our lovely, wisteria-clad, oak-beamed, stone farm-house B and B dates from 1714. We're on the border between England and Mid Wales, four miles from Knighton and five miles south of Clun, famous for the Clun Green Man and the Clun Beer festivals. Ludlow, well known for its Food Festival, is only fifteen miles away. Leintwardine, an ancient Roman military base where the rivers Clun and Teme join, is only a few miles away just inside Herefordshire, as are Lingen and Aymestrey. If you’re walking through Knighton along the Offa’s Dyke path we can arrange for you to be collected at the end of the day and returned the next morning.
