This delightfull wheelchair friendly Flat is just 50 metres away from the Beach and sea making it a superb setting for a beach Holiday! Swimming is safe and many watersports are easily accesible. Situated on a virtual Island this flat has the sea in front and the river adur behind. Shoreham beach is set in front of the Pretty Town of Shoreham By Sea which is set against the backdrop and scenic South downs of Sussex. The town which has its own mainline station offering hourly rail services to London and rail services every 15 minets to Brighton Hove and Worthing or along the coast. Enabling easy access, roads are also good and the flat has easy parking. This is a quiet spot and the beach offers great Sunsets whilst the town offers good Pubs Resturants and Farmers Markets plus continetal ones. Shoreham can brag a Cafe society which is ideal given the pretty nature of this mall town. Music Festivals and live music is always available and if not avaiable in town Brighton offers the alternative with many healine performers coming here in both classical Ballet and Rock and Pop.The Flat offers a large bedroom suitable for two either in singles or a double depending on wishes it can easily fit two electric wheelchair users there is also an on suite wetroom/Bathroom. The lounge is equiped with Bed/settee and has all requirements . The Kitchen is well equipped and accessible to wheel chair users with the kitchen being designed with them in mind. Outside is a small patio the flat is annex of a house and decorated in a cottage style. Quiet location yet within easy reach of the town and Countryside either walking or driving.Sussex offers a really pretty area to visit with Castles at Arundel Bodiam and Battle in the East this plus plus more makes for a super breakcome and join us this summer.
