While it is only five minutes walk from the centre of Cheltenham, the house lies within Pittville Park with its' boating lake, many specimen trees and Regency Pump Room thus providing a peaceful place to stay. The Eskbank - Dalkeith - Garden Holiday self catering facility is set in a half acre peaceful and lovely walled garden. It has parking in the grounds. Established in 1996 I demolished it in 2004 and rebuilt it to luxury standards. The first holidaymakers were Botanical Gardeners in Rome and their initial comment on arrival was "Bellissimo"! It is pleasant and spaceous. It will suit families of 5-6 - there are 2 bedrooms and a sofabed in the lounge. 3 showers; 4 wc's & whb's + 1 bidet. Large Kitchen diner with dining table for 8 ( at a push 10). Since it meets all modern building control standards it has excellent high flow pressure showers/plumbing; suberb luxury kitchen and a beautiful lounge with french windows to the croquet lawn. Perhaps the best feature is the idyllic garden , set in the Eskbank and Newbattle Abbey conservation area . A useful feature is the 24 Tesco 700 meters from the property ........and buses to Edinburgh castle every 10 mins daytime & hourly throughout the night. Bus stop 75 metres walk.
