Cobbled Yard Hotel, Berwick

The only hotel in Berwick offering private parking facilities. We have single, double, twin and family rooms. Situated 1 minute from the main thoroughfare of Berwick-upon-Tweed. The hotel is surrounded by the walls and ramparts built in Queen Elizabeth the 1st to protect Berwick. We have a licensed bar and restaurant (with seating for 50) and are open all day, every day. Our three stone lodges nestle between the hillside and the sea. Rebuilt from the ruins of a cottage which stood empty for 140 years. They are traditional in appearance, but modern in comfort. The windows look out over the moored boats and Dun Head, where there are the remains of a pictish, vitrified fort. Remote and unique holiday setting on the western tip of Knoydart with views to the magnificent Skye Cuillin. Spectacular low and high level walking. No road access.
