Hi, you are looking at Spyglass - our lovely little retreat in the fantastic historic port of Dartmouth. The location is great - handy for town but very quiet with views to die for. The property is about 200 years old and is thought to have been converted from an old sail loft. Many original features have been retained and Spyglass is comfortably furnished following a nautical theme. There are wonderful views of the Dart, across to Kingswear, Dartmouth Castle, the Royal Navy College and out to sea - it really is a wonderful home in a superb location. The property is right on the Coastal Path, and in the immediate area you can find boats trips, sailing, coves and great shopping when the weather misbehaves. Tracey Mill & Trout Farm, Honiton

Willows is the largest of our six stone cottages which nestle in the valley at the end of a private lane. They have been sympathetically renovated from farm buildings and are individually decorated and furnished. There are thick stone walls, exposed beams and recessed windows, feature fireplaces, slate, wood or ceramic flooring, providing a homely setting all year round. Outside, the cottages have individual private gardens with lawns, flower and shrub borders, gravel patios, garden furniture, and lovely views of the surrounding valley. 

Shanghai - sleeps 8

Shanghai is a beautifully presented "arts and crafts" house that has recently been modernised to retain many of the original features of this particular style of architecture. Situated in a truly enviable location on the east side of the village just a few minutes walk from the shops and beach  

Wyken Cottage - sleeps 5

This is a spacious, beautifully refurbished town house set in a quiet position just off the beach and town centre. The accommodation is presented to the highest standard, with tasteful, comfortable furnishings throughout. There is a sheltered enclosed patio area at the rear. Every room is bright, airy and spacious. The house faces the River Sid and has sea glimpses from the bedroom. The beach, seafront, indoor swimming pool, children's play area, shops and cafes are just 200 yards walk away. The footpaths overlooking the Lyme Bay coastline are easily reached from the house.
