At Birds Place Farm you are ideally situated to explore the vast and varied attractions of Norfolk, from the medieval city of Norwich with it's magnificent cathedral, to the Norfolk broads, the largest man made navigable waterways in the world. 

Squirrel Cottage

Squirrel Cottage & Dove Cottage are charming detached cottage's set in the gardens of the Owners house The Dell. The cottage's are extremely comfortable and have been completely renovated to a very high standard. They have their own private fenced in garden and terrace. The property abounds with wildlife, Squirrels, rabbits, foxes and deer to name a few plus a countless variety of birds (A bird watchers paradise!) A few yards from the cottage's is the pool house with cane furniture sun beds and 7 person Jacuzzi/hot tub. The six- section purpose built pool-house telescopes into one section at the touch of a button so that in fine weather it can become open air. Squirrel Cottage and Dove Cottage together with the owners bungalow The Dell, lie at the end of a private road in the beautiful Wensum Valley, officially designated as an area of outstanding natural beauty, an excellent totally peaceful location from which to explore Norfolk. 

Barn Owl Holidays - Norfolk

Three lovely cottages situated in Chedgrave, just outside the small market town of Loddon, 11 miles south of Norwich. Set in the grounds of our country house, the three cottages have been lovingly restored from an 18th Century barn into a trio of well appointed and furnished cottages. Centrally located for touring both Norfolk and Suffolk yet are only a short walk to the village shops, pubs and the River Chet for fishing and day boat hire and a complete haven for the birdwatcher and rambler with Hardley Floods being very close. Indoor swimming pool and Tennis Court. Dogs welcome.
